Do you accept returns?

We understand that you may be hesitant to purchase a uniform or costume without being able to try it on first. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All our orders are custom-made and processed after you approve the sample. We always strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and we are confident that our quality and craftsmanship will meet your expectations. If there are any issues with the fit or quality of your order, please contact us so we can help make it right.

What’s the minimum order amount?

At SHAPES UNIFORM, we understand that you may only need one or two pieces for a special event. However, to ensure the best possible quality and pricing, our minimum order amount is 12 pieces. We also offer discounts on larger orders and are happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Contact us today to discuss your uniform or costume needs.
