Do you accept returns?
We understand that you may be hesitant to purchase a uniform or costume without being able to try it on first. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All our orders are custom-made and processed after you approve the sample. We always strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and we are confident that our quality and craftsmanship will meet your expectations. What’s the minimum order amount?
At SHAPES UNIFORM, we understand that you may only need one or two pieces for a special event. However, to ensure the best possible quality and pricing, our minimum order amount is 12 pieces.
